2020 Favorites

It’s one of my favorite times of the year! I’m here with my 2020 favorites! I’ve been curating this for the past week, and want to keep it short. If something is on this list, it’s because it has been my ride or die over the past 365 years. If you click on the product name, it will take you right to that item. Yay!
Ring light— It has been the year of virtual meetings, and having great lighting has been what has kept my self-esteem from going right into the gutter. It makes me feel prettier, look brighter, and has also helped my students see any materials or books better. Mine has a tripod, and the lighting is so great.
Loopy case— I was never really a PopSocket gal, because I always used it as a fidget and would end up breaking them. I have been using Loopy cases for 2 years now, and 2020 was the year I started purchasing a ton of different colors and patterns. The loop keeps me from dropping my phone, and also allows me to carry a million things at once while my phone is hooked on one finger.
Stila eyeshadow in ‘Kitten’— This year I tried to find a dupe of this beautiful champagne eyeshadow color, but I just couldn’t. Some products just can’t be replicated. I love this shadow. I sweep it all over my eyelid when I want an full makeup look, or just apply it to my inner corner on a daily basis.
A.New.Day socks— This might be weird, but I love these socks. I wear them with every pair of sneaker I own. Enough said.
Knox Rose flare jeans (light wash & black)— I bought these on a whim and then knew I had to grab them in every color. They’re so flattering and have an elastic waistband!
Water bottle with time marks— An amazing amazon find! Timmy grabbed this for me because I have an issue with staying hydrated. This has helped me a lot. It’s like my little accountability partner!
Wet n wild lipstick in shade ‘stoplight red’—If you follow me on Instagram, then you’ve seen me talk about this $1.99 lipstick. The perfect shade of red!
NYX Butter Gloss in Crème Brulee— I am realizing that this was the year of me falling in love with lip products. I used to only wear something on my lips when I was getting dressed up, but I finally realized how a little color can really make me feel more put together, even if it’s just a nude! This one is only $5!
Satin Pillowcase—I gave these to all of my friends this Christmas. It’s one of those things that you didn’t know you needed until you just finally buy it. Not only does it help your hair last longer in between washes, but it has also helped my SKIN! My skincare products no longer just soak into my cotton pillowcase. I have a few off of amazon but this leopard one is my absolute favorite.
